Accessing the web site or using the web site you agree to the terms and conditions of the web site. Deday Holidays reserves the right, in its sole discretion to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any such modification or update of the information will be posted on the web site and effective from the date of publication.
Choosing Your Holiday
Our holiday will live up to your expectations. It is very important that you choose the right holiday for you. Our staffs are always happy to advise and give you their professional opinion.
Confirming Your Holiday
When you decide to confirm your holiday please ensure your travel dates, holiday type, your booking information and both parties confirmation.
Cancelling your Holiday
If you decide to cancel your holiday bookings any notification by telephone must also be confirmed by e-mail by the person who booked the tour package or holiday with our reference number stated. Cancellation will take effect from the day we are notified and provided that written confirmation is received by us within 24 hours of the original notification. A cancellation notice will be sent to you or sent to your agent within 7 days via email , if you do not receive this please contact us immediately. The following scale of charges will be payable depending on when the notification is received.

Transferring Bookings
If any person named on booking ( the person who booked the tour under the name) is prevented from travelling as a result of personal reasons , illness , jury service or other significant reasons, we will agree to that persons booking being transferred to another person (introduced by you) who satisfied all the conditions applicable to the package or holiday , subject to both persons accepting liability for the payment of the holiday cost and all costs and charges incurred by us and incurred or imposed by any of our supplier in order to make the transfer. We must be given at least 14 days notice of the transfer via email written notice providing all the booking details for reference.
Late Booking
All our tours should be booked and fully paid prior to 14 days of your travel date with us. If you have not booked your tour before 14 days please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you subject to availability of hotels and sites and any additional charges in relation to your bookings request.
Travelling with Children
If you are travelling with your children, it is important to note that child seats are not provided for transfers we advice to bring your own child car seats and baby carriers.
Free Child Accommodation Stays
We do not charge any additional charges for infants and age below 3 years based on sharing existing beds in the room with parents and guardian. If you require a separate bed, you must advise us at the time of booking, as it will be added to your bookings payable as per the booking terms. Charges apply for children above 4 years of age.
Minimum Pax & Minimum Stay
Minimum pax are required for package tours and selected tours. Minimum stays are required at certain hotels for certain period. This will be notified and advised at the time of booking.
Upgrade of Rooms & Hotels & Packages
Deday is always there to help you if you need any upgrade on your tour bookings. These upgrades with the hotels subject to availability within the hotel .If you require the update prior to 7 days before the travel date we could do our best to upgrade as per your request subject to availability and price changes and acceptance of the price change by you. All changes should be on writing via email providing all booking reference details.
Tour- Health Requirements
Most of our tours are not suitable if you have any disability or have reduced mobility. You must be fit enough to participate the tours. Please inform us if you have special health conditions during the time of booking. We would be glad to make special arrangements if necessary, provided any extra cost agreeable with you.
Tour Itinerary
Whilst every effort is made to operate a tour as advertised . On occasion it may be necessary to make changes to the accommodation or routing or order of an itinerary. Unless the change significantly alters the holiday , compensation will not be payable for minor alterations to the itinerary.
Paying For Your Holiday
After your booking is confirmed and a deposit received, confirmation invoice will be sent to you detailing the total cost due. Full payment must be received not less than 14 days of the travel date of the tour . This payment could be made paid though directly or via our agent. Payment methods can be via visa , master or paypal or bank transfer (Telegraphic Transfer). All details required by our web site in the process of payment will be treated confidential. If you wish to pay by credit card (Visa / Master) the card holder should be travelling with the group instead we will require proper authorization from the card holder to proceed with the payment.
Passports / Visa Requirements
You will need a valid passport and visa to travel to your destinations, Please do check your visa requirements before booking your tours and air tickets. If your need any assistance please drop us an email we will provide necessary details for travelling with our destinations.
Questionnaire & Complains
Your feedback is important to us. At the end of the tour you will be given a questionnaire to fill in. We would like to share your experience with us if you had a great time with us and the services at the hotels. You can also complete the questionnaire online when you get home. Please visit

If you had a problem during the tour and unsolved, you should make a complain in writing within 15 days of the completion of the holiday. Please remember to quote your holiday booking number and contact number. We will reply within 15 days of the receipt of your letter or complain.
